We collect the following categories of information.
- Information you provide. Your name, email address, phone number, your academy's website, your monthly student count, and anything you include in a message or share on a call.
- Information collected automatically. Your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the site that referred you, gathered through cookies, similar technologies, and standard server logs.
- Information from others. If you reach us through a referral or a linked platform, we may receive limited contact information about you.
2. How we use your information
- Respond to your audit request and schedule your call.
- Follow up about our services and send marketing messages you have opted into.
- Provide, manage, and improve the services you engage us for.
- Prevent fraud and abuse, and keep the site secure.
- Meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
We process this information because you asked us to, because we have a legitimate business interest in operating and improving our services, or because the law requires it.
3. How we share your information
We share personal information only with the categories of service providers that help us operate, including website hosting and content delivery, customer relationship and communications platforms, analytics providers, and calendar and scheduling tools. These providers may use the information only to perform services for us.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our terms, to protect our rights, safety, or property, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share mobile opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.
4. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works. We do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.
5. SMS messaging program
Motus Mission sends text messages to phone numbers that opt in, for appointment reminders, follow-up, and marketing related to our services. By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive these messages.

- Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data is never sold.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Email communications
If you opt into marketing email, every message includes a way to unsubscribe, and we honor opt-out requests promptly. Our mailing address appears in the Contact section below.
7. Data retention
We keep active client information for the life of the relationship and as long as needed afterward to meet our obligations. We keep information from prospects who do not become clients for up to two years. We keep billing and transaction records for up to seven years to meet tax and legal requirements.
8. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of marketing. We may need to verify your identity before we act.
10. Children's privacy
This site and our services are intended for academy owners and operators, a business audience. The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you specific rights regarding your personal information.
Categories of personal information we have collected in the last 12 months: identifiers such as name, email, and phone number, internet and network activity such as browsing on our site, commercial information such as the services you inquired about, approximate location inferred from your IP address, and inferences drawn from the above.
Sources: directly from you, automatically from your device, and from referrals. Business purposes: as described in How we use your information. Disclosed to: the categories of service providers described in How we share your information.
Sale or sharing. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not collect or use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.
Your rights. You may request to know, delete, or correct your personal information, opt out of sale or sharing, limit the use of sensitive personal information, and you will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Because we do not sell or share personal information, no opt-out action is required, but you may contact us with any questions.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of the page, and we will provide additional notice for material changes.
