The audit is information, not a guarantee of results. If we work together, a separate written agreement covers the paid service, including pricing and billing. Texas law governs these terms.

2. Who we are and what this site does

Motus Mission is a marketing agency that serves martial arts academies. This website provides information about our services and lets you request a free Academy Growth Audit and book a call. Any paid engagement is governed by a separate written service agreement between you and Motus Mission. This website does not process payments.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use this site and to request an audit.

4. The audit and no guarantee of results

The Academy Growth Audit is a free consultation provided for general informational purposes. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific results, revenue, student counts, search rankings, or other outcomes.

5. Services and payment

This site does not sell subscriptions or take payment. If you engage our services, the scope, pricing, recurring billing, and cancellation terms are set out in your service agreement, which controls in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to do any of the following.

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site.
